I’m here as a mentor and guide for women ready to thrive in life and business without sacrificing their health, dreams, family, or femininity. With nearly a decade of experience in personal and business development, I blend somatic coaching, cycle syncing, ancestral wisdom and ancient healing modalities, alongside gentle business principles to help women step out of burnout and the hustle mindset. My approach celebrates the unique rhythms and energy of being a woman, paving a path to success that feels nourishing and aligned.
I partner with women to create sustainable, feminine-designed lives AND businesses, incorporating strategic planning, somatic release, and supportive systems that bring both structure and ease. I help them reconnect with their bodies, honor their natural cycles, and build businesses that flourish without compromising their well-being or softness.
At the heart of my work is Alchemy: Create A Gentle Business, a 6-month journey that guides you from the burnout of the "boss babe" mentality to becoming the leading lady in your thriving business. Through this program, I teach women how to build pleasurable, feminine-aligned businesses, harnessing their biology and natural cycles to bring both ease and strategy to their business growth. This program offers a safe, sacred space for healing, embodying fullness, and reconnecting with feminine wisdom through somatic coaching.
My mission is to help women break free from the hustle so they can make a meaningful impact and flourish on their own terms.
