So what actually isi cycle syncing and where do I start?

FAQs & Lunar Anchoring
What if you don’t have a consistent cycle? What if you’re on the pill or another form of chemical birth control? If you don't have a cycle to track or if it is inconsistent, you can use the Moon phases as an "Anchor" to give your body an external framework to sync to. Women are Lunar by nature and follow the same 28-day cycle as the Moon whereas men are Solar and follow the same 24-hour cycle as the Sun.
