The Feminine Can Survive Without the Masculine, but she can’t THRIVE
This is the kind of post that gets me angry DMs from the feminists but let's be real here.
The feminine can survive without the masculine but she can't THRIVE. We've been trying and it ain't working that well.
Without the masculine, she has no chance of softening, relaxing, or surrendering into her feminine because she's on high alert trying to protect, provide, AND take care of herself and others.
The feminine needs the protective boundary of the masculine in order to be fully herself and free to express. The masculine gives support. It's not there to overshadow her but to shine a light on her beauty while upholding her security.
Without the healthy masculine, the feminine hardens and closes in order to keep herself safe. If you feel like you're trying to "do it all" it may be because you don't have the support needed to soften and rest.
This applies to relationships but for the moment we're going to talk about this within the context of your business (I'll do a relationship post another time - drop me a comment if that would be supportive to you <3)
In business, the masculine is in the systems, processes, goals, and tasks that support your expression in the world. These structures are what give shape to your vision and offer a blueprint to bring it into the world. Here's what shocks a lot of women I talk to: You NEED the masculine in your business! A business with only feminine energy will never become anything because it lacks the stability and focus to take it across the finish line.
Most women run into a problem in their business for 1 of 2 reasons;
1) They get too in their masculine, try to do it all, lose their creativity and inspiration and end up with burnout or just throw in the towel altogether.
OR
2) Are too in their feminine which leaves them a) procrastinating for years, b) getting so caught up in creating that they lack structure and fall short of a good client experience, or c) want so badly to be in "flow" that they have no stability or consistency and it comes across as inconsistent.
